News of the week: Friday, 25.08.2023 FANCCI & BITCCI ------------- In the course of the strategic further development of the BITCCI GROUP AG we would like to inform you about the extension of the FANCCI platform and the launch of BITCCI. We are positioning FANCCI as a new premium lifestyle hub in 5 star style, on which self-marketing, live communication, community building, product placement and event promotion can take place at a very high level. We create space on FANCCI for the presentation of Models, premium services and first class events. For this purpose, we will convert FANCCI into a closed beta version until the launch and carry out design updates as well as content and structural adjustments. BITCCI will be the platform on which online adult services will be offered. The entire structure (model profiles, contacts, affiliate network, platform functions, credits, gamification, status, payment, etc.) will be transferred from FANCCI to BITCCI. We plan to launch BITCCI in early Q4/2023. bitcca and CC Cash ------------- The transition from bitcci Cash (bitcca) to CC Cash (ccc) will take place between 06 and 20 September 2023. Please refer to the latest news with the corresponding schedule. bitcci Equity Token / STO: ------------ We have received news from the regulator that provides even more financial data and details on the BITCCI business model. These will be prepared by us within the next 3 weeks and submitted to the authority. As soon as the authority grants us the approval, we will start the public offer of the bitcci Equity Token (= tokenised share of BITCCI Group AG).
