Brief update on the prospectus or public share offering (STO):
We have received a reaction from the Financial Supervisory Authority in response to our prospectus filing. The authority would like us to include more detailed descriptions of the BITCCI business model, the affiliate program, as well as the 4 share sale phases in the prospectus. Furthermore, the authority would like us to include some extended financial information.
We are now working with our law firms to prepare this information as quickly as possible, add it to the prospectus and submit the new version to the authority. We expect that due to the vacation season, the review by the Authority may be delayed. As soon as we have news from the authority, we will inform you.
In the meantime, we will continue to focus on the development of the sales platform for the BITCCI STO, the launch of the CC Cash token and the further development of the FANCCI platform. You will receive more detailed information on the CC Cash platform and the swap of the bitcca to CC Cash next weekend.
